By the law of conservation of energy,

Total Energy of parent nucleus = Energy due to Mass of daughter nucleus + Total K.E of daughter nucleus

If v is the speed of daughter nucleus,

(M+Δm)c2=2[M2c2]+2[12M2v2]

(M+Δm)c2=Mc2+M2v2

Mc2+(Δm)c2=Mc2+M2v2
