The correct option is A 8:1
Equating the volume

$\frac{R_{1}}{R_{2}} = \frac{1}{2} = (\frac{m_{1}}{m_{2}})^{1 / 3}$

$\frac{m_{1}}{m_{2}} = \frac{1}{8}$ and $m_{1} + m_{2} = M$

$∴ m_{1} = \frac{M}{9}$

Using Conservation of liner momentum
$m_{1} V_{1} = m_{2} V_{2}$
