The correct option is D 32
Let the digit in the unit's place be $x$ . Then the digit in the ten's place is $5 - x$
Given that $\frac{9 x}{2} = 3 (5 - x)$
$9 x = 6 (5 - x)$
$9 x + 6 x = 30$
$15 x = 30$
x = 2
Hence the digit in the unit's place is 2 and digit in the ten's place is 3
Therefore the number is 32.
