Given that the number is divisible by both $4$ and $25.$

We know that 4 and 25 both are relatively prime numbers.

$∴$ It must be divisible by $4 \times 25 = 100$

Now, $100 = 10 \times 10$
$∴ 10$ is a factor of $100.$

Any number which is divisible by $100$ is also divisible by $10.$
