Solution

The correct option is C 2061
As the number is bigger than the smallest 4 digit number , 0 can't be at the Thousands place.

As the place value of 6 is 60 , it will be placed at Tens place.

The digit at ones place is the smallest single non-zero digit number, that is 1

As the digit at Thousands place is not 0, place 0 at the Hundreds place.
Place 2 at the thousands place, the number formed is 2061.
