GIven A and B are two integers, we have to consider certain cases in terms of C= A*B

(1) A and B are of different signs

C= A*B , then C would be an integer on the left hand side of both A and B in the negative side

(2) A and B are of Same signs

C=A*B , then C would be an integer on the right hand side of both A and B in the positive side.
