Let the number is $(5 x + 3)$

Then according to the question

$\Rightarrow \frac{(5 x + 3)^{2}}{5}$

$\Rightarrow \frac{25 x^{2} + 30 x + 9}{5}$

$\Rightarrow \frac{25 x^{2}}{5} + \frac{30 x}{5} + \frac{5 + 4}{5}$

$\Rightarrow \frac{5 (5 x^{2} + 6 x + 1)}{5} + \frac{4}{5}$
