height of cylinders , h=2.1 m=210 cm

volume of the cylinder , v = $\pi r^{2}h$

= $\pi .\left(28\right)\left(28\right).210$

= $\frac{22}{7}\mathrm{28.28.210}$ [using $\pi =\frac{22}{7}]$

= 517440$c{m}^3$

= $\frac{517440}{1000}$ liters $[\because$ liters $=1000c{m}^2]$

= 517.440 liters

Hence 517.440 liters of water can be stored in the drum.
