Let the present value of what A owes B be Rs. x.
Then, x+ x×14×32×100=1573
x+21x100=1573
121x100=1573
x=1573×100121=1300
Let y be the present value of what B owes A.
Then, y+y× 12×14100=1444.50
y+7y100=1444.50
107y=1444.50×100
y=144450107=Rs1350
Hence, B must pay Rs. 50 to A.
