Solution

The correct option is C It is controlled by voltage larger than current

A p-channel enhancement type MOSFET performs much the same function as a PNP transistor except that it is controlled by voltage larger than current.

The metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor (MOSFET) is a type of field-effect transistor, most commonly fabricated by the controlled oxidation silicon. It has an insulated gate, whose voltage determines the conductivity of the device. This ability to change conductivity with the amount of applied voltage can be used for amplifying or switching electronic signals.

PNP transistor:-The transistor in which one n-type material is doped with two p-type materials such type of transistor is known as PNP transistor. It is a current controlled device. The small amount of base current controlled both the emitter and collector current. The PNP transistor has two crystal diodes connected back to back. The left side of the diode in known as the emitter-base diode and the right side of the diode is known as the collector-base diode.
