Area of the remaining part of sheet = Area of ABCD - Area of a semi-circle

= $20 \times 14 - \frac{1}{2} \times \frac{22}{7} \times \frac{14}{2} \times \frac{14}{2}$

$= 280 - 77 = 203$ ${c m}^{2}$
