Area of rectangle ABCD $=22\times 14=308c{m}^2$

Area of semi-circle $=\frac{1}{2}\pi {\left(7\right)}^2=\frac{1}{2}\times \frac{22}{7}\times 49$

$\therefore$ Required area of the remaining papar$=308-77=231c{m}^2$
