According to de-Broglie's hypothesis,
λ=hp=hmv

Angular width of the central maxima is w=2λDa
wλ (2)

From (1) and (2), we can write,

w1v

So, as the speed of electron increases, the wavelength of electrons will decrease and hence the angular width of the central maximum of the diffraction pattern will decrease.
