Separation d=5mm=5×103m
Potential difference plates is V=Ed=qAϵ0d=itdAϵ0 where i=q/t and t=time
so the rate of change of potential difference between the plates =V/t=idAϵ0=0.15×5×103π×(0.12)2×8.85×1012=1.873×109V/s
