Let A be the area of plate and d be the separation between both plates.

So, capacitance will be

C=ϵoAd=10 μF

Since, the given arrangement is in parallel combination so equivalent capacitance will be

Ceq=C1+C2=K1ϵoA1d+K2ϵoA2d

Ceq=2×ϵo×A/2d+4×ϵo×A/2d

Ceq=ϵoAd+2ϵoAd=10+(2×10)
[C=ϵoAd=10μF ]

Ceq=30μF
