The correct option is B lighter
When a parrot is sitting in a cage, the boy will feel an addition of weights of parrot and cage.
When parrot starts flying, to be in the air, it must push air in cage downwards with fore equal to it's weight.
But as it is wire cage, pushed air escapes and can not reach cage floor.
So, now boy is feels weight of cage only.
So, option B is correct.
