Potential difference between $P$ and $Q$

$V_{P} + L \frac{d i}{d t} - 30 + i R = V_{Q}$

$V_{P} - V_{Q} = 30 - L \frac{d i}{d t} - i R$

$= 30 - (50 \times 10^{- 3} \times (- 10^{2})) - (1 \times 2)$

$= 35 - 2 = 33 V$
