We know that,
v=ω×r
where v is tangential velocity and ω is the rotational speed.
vω,

v is along tangent of the circle,
ac is towards centre of circle.
ω is perpendicular to plane of circle.
So, vac and ωac

ω as angular velocity and α is angular acceleration
ω,α are either parallel or anti parallel to each other, so ω is not perpendicular to α.

Hence option B is the correct option.
