At $t=0,x=\frac{4}{3},v=0$ and
$a=3x–4$
$a=\frac{4\times 3}{3}-4=0$
As velocity and acceleration both are zero at $t=0$, so it will always remain at rest and hence distance travelled in any time interval would be zero.
