The correct option is D $$6$$
Here ,     $$\vec F=(\hat i+5\hat k)$$
As particle moves from point $$(1,0,3)$$ to point $$(-3,4,5)$$ , therefore displacement of particle 
                  $$\vec d=(-3\hat i+4\hat j+5\hat k)-(\hat i+3\hat k)=(-4\hat i+4\hat j+2\hat k)$$
                  $$W=?$$
As              $$W=\vec F.\vec d$$
Therefore   $$W=(\hat i+5\hat k).(-4\hat i+4\hat j+2\hat k)=-4+10=6J$$
