The correct option is C 1 m/s2
Given that the radius of circle
(r)=1 m

Time period (T)=2π seconds

Centripetal acceleration (ac)=rω2
Since, ω=2πT

ac=r(2πT)2=T×(2π2π)2=1 m/s2
The tangential accleration at=0, as the particle moves with uniform speed.
Hence the only acceleration is ac=1 m/s2.

Hence option C is the correct answer.
