The correct option is B 12 rad/s
We know that relation between speed and angular velocity is,

ωAC=(vAC)AC

Given vA=4.8 m/s,
So, vAC=vA=4.8 m/s

As the radius is 40 cm, the distance of AC will be 40 cm=40100 m

ωAC=4.840×1100=12 rad/s

Hence option B is the correct answer.
