Work done by force of gravity from A to B, WAB=(mg)h=mgh ...(i)
(Positve because force & displacement are in the same direction)

Change in potential energy from point A to B,
UAB=UBUA ...(ii)
=mg(10h)mg(10)
(calculating from ground as a reference)
=mgh
WABUAB=mghmgh=1

Hence option B is the correct answer
