Given: particle of mass (m=0.05 kg) and string of length =30 cm=0.3 m

r=l=30 cm
Solving it from frame of reference of revolving particle, centrifugal force (Fcentrifugal=mω2r) will act radially-outwards on particle.

From particle's frame, particle will be at equilibrium, so balancing the forces in radial direction gives:



Fcentrifugal=T+mg
mω2r=T+mg

T=0 at the topmost position of vertical circular path)

mrω2=0+mg
mrω2=mg
ω=gr=100.3=103 rad/s
