A particle start moving from point A, along a rectangular plot via the path shown in Figure. If time taken to reach point E (where E is the mid point of DC) is $0.5sec$ sec, then find the average speed and average velocity of the particle between point A & E.

Average Speed= $\frac{distance}{time}$ $=\frac{13}{0.5}=26m/\sec$
Average velocity= $\frac{displacement}{time}$ $\frac{5}{0.5}=10m/\sec$
