Solving from the frame of reference of the particle, there will be a centrifugal force acting radially outward.
At top most point (A):

(given v=3gR at the top)
TTop=3mgmg=2mg
TTop=2mg.......(i)


Step - 2
Applying law of conservation of energy
UA+KEA=UB+KEB
mg(2R)+12m(3gR)=12mv2B
(UB=0)
vB=7gR

Step - 3
Now at bottom most point

TBottommg=mv2BR
TBottom=mg+mR×7gR
