Person A: mass of body is m = 5 kg

Co-efficient of friction is μ = 0.3

Therefore, Force of friction is F = μmg = 0.3 x 5 x 10 = 15 N

Displacement is s = 4 m

Hence, Work done is W = 15 x 4 = 60 J

Time taken is t = 15 s

Hence, Power is P = 60/15 = 4 W

Person B: mass of body is m = 7 kg

Co-efficient of friction is μ = 0.3

Force of friction is F = μmg = 0.3 x 7 x 10 = 21 N

Displacement is s = 3 m

Hence, Work done is W = 21 x 3 = 63 J

Time taken is t = 15 s

Hence, Power is P = 63/15 = 4.2 W

Thus, person B has more energy and power.
