Nominal value of 1 share = Rs.40

$\therefore$ nominal value of 120 shares$=120\times 40=Rs.4800$

S.P of 1 share = Rs.42.50

$\therefore$ S.P of 120 share$=120\times 42.50=Rs.5100$

Profit$=5100-4800=Rs.300$
