The correct option is A 4.55 D
Given,

Near point =100 cm

Since, spectacles are used which are 2 cm away from the eyes.
So, object distance would be u=202=18 cm

To read, the image should form at near-point of the eye.

v=100 cm

Now, 1f=1v1u

1f=1100+118=821800

f=180082 cm=1882 m

Power, P=1f=8218=4.55 D
