Solution

The correct option is B Rs. 1260
S.P=Rs.1140
Loss=5%
C.P=100100loss%×S.P

Then C.P=100×11401005

C.P=11400095=Rs.1200

Now C.P.=1200Rs.
Profit=5%

Then S.P.=100+gain%100×C.P {When sold at 5% profit}

S.P.=100+5100×1200

S.P.=105100×1200=Rs.1260
