$Loss=5\%$

$C.P=\frac{100}{100-loss\%}\times S.P$

Then $C.P=\frac{100\times 1140}{100-5}$

$C.P=\frac{114000}{95}=Rs.1200$

Now $C.P.=1200Rs.$

$Profit=5\%$

Then $S.P.=\frac{100+gain\%}{100}\times C.P$ {When sold at $5\%$ profit}

$S.P.=\frac{100+5}{100}\times 1200$

$S.P.=\frac{105}{100}\times 1200=Rs.1260$
