Let the amount invested at 2% be rupees x.
Given the interest from 3 investments after 1 year
$\therefore \frac{3x\times 5}{100}+\frac{2x}{100}+\frac{(x+6000)\times 3}{100}=980$
$20x+18,000=98,000$
$20x=80,000$
$x=4000$
$\therefore Totalamountheinvested=3x+x+x+6000$
$=5x+6000$
$=Rs.26000$
