Let the amount invested at 2% be ₹ x.
Given the interest from 3 investments after 1 year
$∴ \frac{3 x \times 5}{100} + \frac{2 x}{100} + \frac{(x + 6000) \times 3}{100} = 980$
$20 x + 18, 000 = 98, 000$
$20 x = 80, 000$
$x = 4000$
$∴ T o t a l a m o u n t h e i n v e s t e d = 3 x + x + x + 6000$
$= 5 x + 6000$
