The correct option is D Rs. 26000
Let he invested x amount of Rs. at 2% then
3x×5100+2x100+(x+6000)×3100=980
15x+2x+3x+18000=98000
20x+18000=98,000
20x=80,000
x=4000
Total invested amount 3x+x+x+6000=12000+8000+4000+6000=26000
