The correct option is A 2 m/s
Since the speed of the person is 2 m/s, the image of the person will also travel at a speed of 2 m/s.

We know that the distance of the person from the mirror will always be equal to the distance of person’s image from the mirror. Therefore after some interval of time, distance covered by both the person and his image will be exactly the same.

This means that both the distance will change at the same rate, i.e. equal speed.
