A person is standing on ice at place A on avfreezed pond. He has one gun and 2 bullets. How can he move from place A to another distance place B and stop there?

By firing in the opposite direction of B , the person aquires momentum from the recoil of the gun and moves towards B . when at B the person again fires the gun but this time in the same direction of the movement. Hence the momentum gets cancelled and he reaches B.
