Then total distance $\frac{3}{4}$ of the distance = $\frac{3}{4}12=9$km

Then total time taken$\frac{2}{3}$rd time= $\frac{2}{3}45=30$m

Then remaining distance and time $=12-9=3km,45-30=15m$
