Solution

A person sitting in satellite feels weightless because the radius and mass of the satellite is such that the gravitation forces due to satellite negligible.
But he feels weight on moon because standing on the surface he falls gravitational force due to the large size and mass of moon. Also the large radius of moon unbalance the centripetal and centrifugal.
