The speed of the source of sound (truck), vs=10 m s1
The actual frequency of the sound, f=300 Hz

If f * is the apparent frequency, then in this case:

f *=(vv +vs)f

(350350+10)×300

350360×300=8753

291.67 Hz

Change in the frequency, Δff=f *ff=291.67300300=136
%Δff=136×100=2.78%
