Let total money $= R s . 100$
Spend on land purchase $= R s . 30$
Remaining balance $= 100 - 30 = R s . 70$
Spend on house purchase $= 40 %$ of $70$
$\frac{40}{100} \times 70 = R s . 28$
Remaining balance $= 70 - 28 = R s . 42$
Then, the person divides $R s . 42$ among two daughters and wife equally.
Each gets $= \frac{42}{3} = R s . 14$
If each gets 14 Rs. then total money $= R s . 100$
If each gets 22400 Rs then total money $= \frac{100}{14} \times 22400 = R s . 160000$
Spend on land purchase $= 30 %$ of $160000$
$\frac{30}{100} \times 160000 = R s . 48000$
