Solution
Endosmosis:
When a person drink concentrated salt solution then it eventually reaches the intestine. As salt solution contain more solutes than nearby tissues, then water from these tissues start moving to the intestine.
This process is called as endosmosis in which water molecules move from lower solute concentration to higher solute concentration through the intestinal wall.
Intestine also cannot tolerate the strain due to extra incoming water and hence, extra water is spilled out through vomiting.
