The correct option is B 600 km
Given:
The volume of petrol in the tanker = 9000 L
Petrol leaks on each kilometre = 15000 mL = 15 L
So, to get the distance travelled by the tanker to get empty, we have to divide 9000 L by 15 L.
Therefore, $\frac{9000}{15} = 600$
Hence, the tanker has to travel 600 km to lose all the petrol in it.
