Solution

The correct option is A True
During "Supermoon", the moon comes closest to the earth and appears 14% larger and 30% brighter. This would not have been possible if the moon would be rotating in a circular orbit since the moon would always be at a constant distance from the earth. Since the moon actually rotates in an elliptical orbit, it gets closer to the earth on certain occasions.
