Solution

The correct option is A True
During "Supermoon", the Moon comes closest to the Earth and appears 14% larger and 30% brighter. This would not have been possible if the Moon would be rotating in a circular orbit since the Moon would always be at a radial distance from the Earth. Since the Moon actually rotates in an elliptical orbit, it is sometimes closest to the Earth (perigee) and sometimes farthest from the Earth (apogee).
