Redraw the circuit


Since ideal op-amp takes zero input current, Hence no voltage drop across 2 kΩ resistnace
VA=9 V
using virtual ground concept
VA=VB=9 V
Case - I: Photodiode current Ip1=100 μA
Apply KCL at node B IPIP
100 μA=Vo910 k
so Vo=10 V

Case II: Phototodiode current Ip2=200 μA
Apply KCL at node B, IP=Ii
Ip2=200 μA=V0910 k
so Vo=11 V
Change in output voltage V0=1110=1 V
