According to Einstein's photoelectric equation,

KEmax=Eϕ

12mV2max=hcλϕ

12×9.1×1031×V2max=6.6×1034×3×1081550×1010(3.2×1.6×1019)

V2max=1.68×1012

Vmax=1.3×106 ms1
