Radius of the piece = 6 cm
Height of the piece = 7 cm

(i) Curved surface area of the piece = $\frac{\mathrm{\theta }}{360}\times 2\mathrm{\pi }rh$
$$\begin{gathered} \frac{60}{360}\times 2\times \frac{22}{7}\times 6\times 7 \\ 44{\mathrm{cm}}^2 \end{gathered}$$

(ii)
$$\begin{gathered} \mathrm{Volume}\mathrm{of}\mathrm{the}\mathrm{cheese}\mathrm{piece}=\frac{\mathrm{\theta }}{360}\times \mathrm{\pi }{r}^{2}h \\ =\frac{60}{360}\times \frac{22}{7}\times 6^2\times 7 \\ =132{\mathrm{cm}}^3 \end{gathered}$$
