Therefore, the perimeter is equal to length of the string.

We know that, perimeter of sqaure is $=4a$ where $a=side$

$$\begin{gathered} \Rightarrow a=\frac{30}{4} \\ \Rightarrow a=7.5cm \end{gathered}$$

Hence, each side of the square is equal to $7.5cm.$
