For polarized light the angle of incidence should be such that $tani=\mu$
As $\mu =1.57$ for glass.
we get $i=ta{n}^{-1}\left(1.57\right)={57.5}^0$
But this angle is made with the normal of the glass plate.
The angle made by glass plate with horizontal is
${90}^0-{57.5}^0={32.5}^0$
