Pillar is in the form of a cylinder.
Curved Surface area of pillar $= 2 π r h$
where $r = 21$ cm and $h = 3$ cm
Curved Surface area of pillar $= 2 \times \frac{22}{7} \times 21 \times 3 = 396$ sq.cm
