Number of Jose's friends = 5
3 slices of Pizza was divided between Jose's 5 friends.
$\frac{3}{7}÷5=\frac{3}{7}÷\frac{5}{1}=\frac{3}{7}\times \frac{1}{5}=\frac{3}{35}$
$\therefore$ Each of the 5 friends would get $\frac{3}{35}$th portion of that Pizza.
